Getting around (and to) Nice |

By taxi :
Taxi services are available at both the terminals; Passengers
can keep a track of taxi rank while they hire one. It will
cost between20-30 euros; there are separate charges for the
night (from 7pm - 7am) .There is a trolley park to the right
where passengers can retrieve their euro exchange
By car :
From the nice airport it is easy to reach Nice, Monaco and
Italy via car. The Autoroute A8, RN98, or RN7 provides links
to Cannes and Antibes. To reach Digne and Grenoble passengers
have to follow the RN202.
Driving and parking are very difficult in Nice. However opting
to hire a car is not a bad option. Self-Driving can be pretty
hard with parking problems arising
By rail :
The Nice airport is connected by rail services too thereby
making transportation to and from the airport easy, the national
train service runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes
from Cannes (Gare St Laurent du Var) and every 45 minutes
from Nice (Gare Nice Ville).
The nearest train station is St Augustin, one stop west of
the main Nice train station.
To get to the station, it can be walked or passengers can
even take the free airport shuttle which will get them halfway
there
By Bus :
Bus connections are available to all major towns along the
Cote d'Azur and the southeast.
Express buses offer a quick service between the Airport (Terminals
1 and 2) and Nice city centre. The 98 terminates at the Bus
Station or 'Gare Routiere' and the 99 terminates at Nice Train
Station.
The fare is about 3.50 euros each way. The bus stop is located
left of the airport building. Passengers can buy ticket from
the front office.
